Cupping

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin. The suction creates a space between the muscle and the fascia. The Fascia is the connective tissue layer that surrounds the muscle. In doing so, the muscle receives more blood flow. More blood flow equals more oxygen and nutrients to the muscle. It is a pseudo science.
